I love how thorough you are with someone who is bringing their puppy for an interview. The staff is very patient and knowledgeable.

Byron Center is Archie's favorite place to visit. We never worry about his well- being when he is with people we have come to know over the years. Our only issue is that he is so focused on getting through the "in" doors that we sometimes miss saying good-bye for overnight stays. This Bow Wow has been flexible about last-minute scheduling or delayed pickup times. But in the end, it's all about the people and we have found the answer for our lab.

Friendly and awesome with the dogs!

The enthusiasm of the staff. I always feel like they are committed to the care of all the dogs that they watch. We travel for work and our dog has been to many daycare facilities, Camp Bow Wow is our favorite!!

Generally we have had great experiences, and the dogs are always happy (and tired!). Watching the webcam one day however, showed the caretakers leaning their heads against the walls (facing the walls) and being pretty inattentive of the dogs. Maybe just an isolated incidence, but I'd rather see them interacting with the dogs than each other.

I appreciate that Camp Bow Wow opens early, so Bones can spend the day playing even when I have an early morning. I love that the staff knows him, and he knows them, and he always comes home worn out from a day of romping with his pals.

Staff is wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and attentive to my dog. It is a well run and organized business. I love being able to monitor my dog via the camera system.

** I will add that just this once, when we boarded her for 3 days last week, she was only given her pain medicine once. Her pain pills were still in her pill container when we brought her home. She still has pain, the Vet says, even while on the meds, so w/o the med, the pain has got to be quite bad. Then adding the play with her "puppy companions", which she loves, had to have added to her hip & leg pain. We know it's not the norm. You've always taken such good care of Jules, but we felt it was important for us to let you know so it doesn't happen for Jules again or another pup.

We do appreciate you all! We just wanted you to know. 🤗

Honestly. Price. But our Biscuit was happy and content during her stay. The staff was energetic, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. We love Camp Bow Wow!

The employees, friendly, caring and just great!

The workers are so welcoming every time I have gone to drop my baby off and they even know her name already which makes me so happy that they care for their customers and their pups! The facility is always clean and smells amazing and the dog cams are wonderful when I need to check in on my pup.

The hours are very flexible and the staff is wonderful.

We’ve been bringing our girl, Lainey, to Camp Bow Wow Bedford Heights for four years. Everyone who works there treat the dogs as if they’re their own. The dogs get special treats on the holidays and lots of attention. She enjoys going there and I know she’s safe.
