Definitely the video...Although when you have a black or brown dog it’s hard to keep track of them. I’m going to make sure she wears a brighter collar next time! Also, the staff is very friendly. I didn’t feel like I needed to worry about our dog being mistreated at all.

This time was much better than the last time for boarding. When we picked him up, he didn't smell as bad as he has after previous overnight stays. In fact, it seems like you gave our dog a bath, which is awesome! It's a service you should provide to all of your overnight guests. Thank you!

All of the Playtime that Beau gets with fellow campers, and the ability to check in on him via the online cameras. He thoroughly enjoys going to Camp Bow Wow.

I like the convenience of dropping my dog off before work in the morning. The locating is ideal for me, I work on the next street over. Also, the peace of mind I have being able to check on her throughout the day on the webcam. The staff is always friendly they always recognize my dog when we walk in and greet her. My dog is also always excited when we pull in and can't wait to get inside and play.

I come here because my mom works for the Camp Bow Wow in Cincinnati and I'm aware of the high standards and am comfortable leaving my dog with you all knowing that. I do live in LP so it can be very difficult to get there due to the terribleness of 290.

Professional, clean, proactive

The ability to drop my dog off, and know that he will be taken care of for the time I am away. I travel up to 2 weeks at a time, if not 3. Being able to pack up the food, toys etc and drop him off to have time to play with other dogs and socialize it critical.

I love that walking in with the pups at the cedar rapids location is so fun. The employees know our pups and do a wonderful job watching and playing with them on their stays. Very happy with the experiences we have had!

Absolutely would use Camp Bow Wow again.

What's not to love? The staff are friendly, courteous, and professional; they're uniformly affectionate, not only with my sweetheart but with their other "charges" as well. And Sadie loves being there; I wouldn't take her anywhere else. ( :

Close to home my dog loves it there. Clean place to take my dog. I love that I could see my dog on the web cam.

Staff are amazing. They take care of my boy as if he belonged to them. And really he does! They are part of our family and are invested in taking care of Welly. He thinks of them as part of his pack.
