As far as I am concerned, I received excellent service from the company once I learned that this company was the organization listed on my Greener Homes application. Prior to that, my application was going nowhere. The office staff were most helpful and courteous. The lady who did my energy audit was very good. She was very efficient in her work but at the same time not overbearing. When her work was completed, she gave me all the helpful information I needed to decide how to proceed.
