Cory, the inspector and company owner, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was patient with ALL of my questions (and as a first-time homebuyer, I will admit I have a near incessant amount), and provided so much helpful advice and reassurance. I’m so grateful to have chosen AmeriSpec for our home inspection and with Cory’s report, I’m very much looking forward to closing on the house in a few weeks!
