Rob and his team is thorough with their inspection, I would highly recommend him before making the largest purchase of your life. Have known him for over 17 years with deep knowledge of residential & commercial and comes highly recommended by fellow realtors as well. I had a misunderstanding on the qualifications for the rebate. I had taken the info and assumed it one way instead of the other. When I replied to my bill email mentioning my confusion and wondering about being pointed in the right direction. I was messaged very unprofessionally and belittled by the employee.
