both representatives at the house were very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Same for the people I spoke with on the phone. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the report and the consistent feed back throughout the process. All in all, very pleased
Professional, thorough and respectable
Very thorough and report well presented by inspector. Have had home inspections previously done by other companies but this far exceeded what they covered. Although a bit more expensive then other companies, I did not feel “ripped off” like I had in the past. Would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend as very knowledgeable and professional.

Glen did such a great job thoroughly explaining any issues he found. How they could be fixed and if they were a major concern or something that over time could be dealt with. He's very knowledgeable, I would most definitely reccomend he do everyone's home inspection! But don't make him do that, he works too hard!

Knowledgeable about homes, prompt and efficient results. The results were explained, and shown in a way that could be easily understood. All questions I had were addressed during the inspection. The package included discounts for services, including furniture and moving. This was a great experience and I would heartily promote AmeriSpec for your Inspection needs.

Although I see the value in having the reports completed as the inspection is happening, I would rather that they were completed after to cut down on the length of the inspection. The inspector was through, friendly and unbiased. He was good at pointing out things to be aware of, things to keep an eye on for the future. The report was easy to go through. I will keep the report for further references and so on.
