Your company was recommended to me by family friend. I had called to book first inspection back in June - and we arranged for the August 17th inspection. I understood that I should ideally be present for the full inspection - so arranged my work schedule accordingly. I received the confirmation email August 14th and replied that I was confirming for 9 am appointment. On the 17th, no one had shown up - so at 9:30 am I called. I was told that I was wrong, and the appointment was for 11:15 am. I read them the email I had received which indicated it was 9 am. The receptionist put me on hold for 5 minutes, and came back to say there was a family emergency, and so the appointment was changed to 11:15. I didn't say, but certainly thought, that I didn't really believe this response. Very convenient explanation. Regardless, if it was true or not, if my appointment needed to be changed - then a call indicating this would have been appropriate. I was dissappointed by this lack of business etiquette.

Everything that was done was fully explained while Justin was doing it. Additionally, Justin offered to view the quote from the HVAC contractor to ensure it meets the program requirements before we proceed with them. Then Justin informed me about the loan program which the previous inspector did not.
