Nous sentions que c'était fait dans notre intérêt. Nous avons appris des éléments intéressants, cela a contribué à nous rassurer, et à avoir plus confiance dans notre achat.
Sur un autre dossier, nous vendons notre maison. Des acheteurs potentiels ont retenu les services d'Amerispec (bureau de Montréal). L'inspecteur est arrivé plus tôt que le rendez-vous alors que nous voulions quitter (pas grave). Peu de courtoisie, communication froide voire rebutante. Cela changeait de notre expérience et l'a rehaussé d'autant.

Dave was very personable and thorough and explained his findings/recommendations in very easy to understand ways. He also offered good advice on things to look out for in the future and some preventative actions we can take to mitigate any issues.
