Inspection was very thorough
We had an amazing experience with Stéphane Blanchard, he took the time to properly explain to us every details and provided an excellent service. We appreciate all his help and it was also a pleasant time when calling to book the inspection by phone. The lady was very polite and once she heard my husband and I speaking English, she quickly changed to accommodate us without asking which is what a good service requires.

On ma dit à 10h35 que mon rapport était prêt mais que je devait payer avant de recevoir mon rapport. J ai paye immédiatement et après on m'a dit que mon rapport n'était pas terminé. Je l'ai reçu seulement le soir après 18h00.
Ryan was fantastic with the utmost professionalism. He explained the entire process, including what he was doing and why. He was efficient and personable which made the experience comfortable and easy. He was also first-rate with dealing with my dog.
