Very thorough with a lot of information provided in the inspection document. Inspector was willing to speak on the phone to explain the process and answer any questions.

The people who came and did the assessment (pre and post) were knowledgeable; they were polite and professional. i also appreciate the reminder you sent for the post assessment.
On the whole it was a good job done.
Now I am waiting for the rebate from the government.

Scott was great. As a carpenter, I was unsure if I would realize the value in paying someone else to inspect a home for me. During the walkthrough, however, I was sure glad that I had hired Scott. He really knows his stuff, and I appreciated him crawling in and through the unpleasant parts of the house (attic, under the deck, etc.) in order to do a thorough job. The photos he took were excellent and he even pointed out a few items that I had missed myself. I appreciate the experience that he brought to the job and his willingness to answer all of my questions. I would hire him again.
