J'ai reçu un excellent service de l'inspecteur du bâtiment Stéphane Blanchard. Il est arrivé en avance de 30 minutes, démontrant sa ponctualité. Son attitude courtoise, sympathique et professionnelle a été très appréciée. Étant donné qu'il s'agissait d'une inspection pour un triplex, cela a pris environ 3 heures, car il a pris le temps de nous expliquer en détail chaque anormalité ou conformité du bâtiment. C'est la deuxième fois que je fais appel à Stéphane Blanchard, et je ne suis pas déçu. Il ne fait preuve d'aucune négligence, au contraire, il met en évidence ses connaissances approfondies. Dans les 48 heures suivant l'inspection, j'ai reçu un rapport détaillé de 156 pages, comprenant des photos. Je suis pleinement satisfait du service reçu. Je vous le recommande vivement.
