Mr Alain est tres professionnel, il a checker tous les détails de la maison et nous a guidé avec tous les problèmes caché dans la maison, mais ce qui nous avons pas aimé qu’il nous a dit qu’il n’a pas le DV de la maison avant de venir est le rapport il n’e mentionne pas ce qui est avec grand risk et ce qui est passable seulement ils te donne les problèmes généraux est les problèmes dramatique dans le meme tableau
L'inspecteur de Amerispec a fait vraiment un bon travail. En plus de sa ponctualité, car il est arrivé sur le site avant l'heure, son rapport reflète l'état réel du bâtiment.

We had an amazing experience with Stéphane Blanchard, he took the time to properly explain to us every details and provided an excellent service. We appreciate all his help and it was also a pleasant time when calling to book the inspection by phone. The lady was very polite and once she heard my husband and I speaking English, she quickly changed to accommodate us without asking which is what a good service requires.
