The people who work at Powerhouse in November are always so friendly and willing to help no matter your needs. They always greet you with a friendly hello and a have a good rest of your day when you leave. I have no problem recommending Powerhouse Novi to my family and friends.

That we don't have to wear masks while working out, ample sanitizing wipe and hand sanitizer stations, and I see ppl walking around cleaning constantly. However, I was in the other day and the bathrooms needed attention.

Staff is great and equipment at the club is maintained and updated. It's nice to have saunas and a wet area in addition to the cardio and weights. Great place to work out for the price.

The gym is complete and has everything you need. Just don't hope to use the rooms if you are planning on practicing a sport that requires space and high ceilings.

The staff is always very helpful and it’s nice to go into a place that allows adults to make their own decisions about what is and isn’t safe for them!
