Clean!!! Doing a great job keeping it clean.
Staff is friendly, responsive, accomodating, polite, facility consistently clean. Plus, i enjoy the pool, hot tub and sauna and enjoy the self locking lockers. The classes are great at no extra charge. Lastly, there is quite a variety of equipment. Oh, and I live in Redford and drive to the Novi Powerhouse Gym because i like it so much.
You do not require a mask while actively working out.

Open 24hrs and always friendly staff who’s willing to help. If I come in alone I’m not worried, and when I first began, staff members were more than happy to make recommendations about weight, and form. Truly a good establishment, which I thoroughly enjoy visiting!

The atmosphere, the staff and cleanliness. When we returned after being gone ~3-4 years to a different gym (left due to a change in ownership at the time) we were greeted by a very [new] hospitable staff who appreciated our time and were on top of making us feel comfortable and welcomed while we waited for our appointment. The staff continues to be friendly; the atmosphere is motivating and the facilities are always clean. Very happy that we decided to come back and highly recommend. Only item to consider is if your schedule only allows you to workout during the busy hours, you may need to wait for machines. If you go outside these times, it is easy to move through your workout plan uninterrupted.
