Definitely the environment, everyone is so sweet, no matter who you are, you never have to feel unwelcome or judged. The staff is so sweet and talks to you as you walk in and out, as well as help you out if you need assistance or help with anything!
Best gym in the Midwest and possibly the US. My favorite gym by far I’ve been to, and I’ve been to so many gyms all around the world. The atmosphere and the employees are incomparable. Keep it up. Thank you.

I live the club and its offerings however, when there's a water class going on and a meme er comes in to sit and watch it makes people
Uncomfortable. This happened last night again ans the teacher tried to have a conversation during our class time, disruptive, with the member who comes and watches, disrespectful. He didn't respect her wishes which she was conveying on behalf of the class attendees. Management needs to take into consideration the attendees' feelings
