I like that you have an upstairs that's just for women, that you are open 24 hours, that majority of the time the front desk staff is warm and inviting and last but not least the sauna and equipment are updated and you continue to improve.
Also, I almost forgot ~ I love how you take input from the clients/guest who attend your gym. I requested the Stairmaster be placed upstairs for the women area before there was one there :-).

Clean, has everything I enjoy in a gym at a good price. Friendly staff, not too crowded.
Three aspects:
Equipment — there is something for everybody. From free weights, machines, classes, pool, two working areas, track — and much more. Additionally, the equipment is maintained and working.
Cleanliness — from general areas to locker rooms, bathrooms, sauna, pool, class workout rooms, the gym is clean, and sanitation cloths are everywhere. The gym maintains a high level of cleanliness which, to me, provides a feeling of safety.
Group Classes/Individual Trainers — There is a multitude of classes for everyone, including individual training.

At this time of the Covid flu, I am grateful that Powerhouse allowed us, the customer, not to wear a mask when working out. It was another reason why I choose this gym. Breathing is essential during a workout, and a mask simply doesn't work.

No mask requirements (treating people like adults) and the sauna is open. Staff is super friendly and it’s a great place to work out!

Great overall! The MAJOR NEGATIVE about Powerhouse is the very limited weekend hours!
The facility should be open until AT LEAST 9 p.m. or 10 p.m. or 11 p.m. or midnight on Saturdays and Sundays.
Extending the severely restricted weekend evening hours would dramatically enhance membership and existing member satisfaction. When I speak to others about my gym I tell them about the good things Powerhouse offers but I must be honest and I tell them about the extremely shortened weekend evening hours and lack of hot tub. Thanks for asking. I sincerely hope you'll extend tge weekend evening hours very soon!
