Classes
It is great equipment and service, only things many people are not wearing mask during work out. It need to be strictly requested from stuff to wear mask even during work out. It will be reduced risk for everybody.

I have been a member almost 10 years at your gym and I love it !! I just started working out after one year since the pandemic started !!! So I had called the gym at novi and I asked her do you have a mask mandate ? I explained to her because I stopped working out because of the virus !! So the lady on the phone said yes we do have a mask mandate !! Well I went the next day I personally had two masks on to work out , so I walk in the people upfront wear mask and there are signs no mask no entry at the front of the door ,, so I pass by the people by the front desk and went by the machines and I see pretty much everyone with no mask a few trainers here and there with a mask but 90 percent of the people no mask !! So if this is a mask mandate gym people who are working out must have a mask besides for in the pools ! This does not make me feel comfortable working out where pretty much no one wears a mask !!! This a default to the manages of the gym and the owner ! If you want to make it safe for everyone then be more tough for people to wear mask at all times while working out Except for the pools !!! People need to feel safe about working out not being afraid to work out when everyone around you have no mask !! So this is very disappointing and something needs to be done !!! Planet fitness and other gyms have mask mandate and people wear mask at all times while working out !! But for some reason power house acts like this is not a serious Virus and don’t care if people feel uncomfortable!! Management at power house failed to make people wear mask while
Working out doesn’t matter if you have filtration in the air fans !!! I’m hoping this email will go to management and someone needs to take more responsibility to make it wear you must Wear a mask while working out make it safe and comfortable for people!! I’ll probably will be switching gyms because of no mask mandate!!! For being a member for this long and seeing irresponsible of management for not taking this serious!!!!
