Everyone is very helpful and polite. There is a lot of different machines, workout equipment, pool, workout classes and trainers if required. The facility is very clean.

I love my trainer, Yianni, who is very good at a variety of exercises and encouragement. I would like to be able to use the massage chair with my points as I can’t keep buying clothes!
The classes and instructors are amazing! So friendly and nice, and good for all levels!
Overall, great gym. Tons of equipment with lots of variety. Every once in awhile, they bring in new equipment I haven't saw before. Layout is tweaked every so often to keep things fresh. Very clean facility, well maintained equipment. My only suggestion for improvement would be increasing the availability of 45lb plates in the leg and bench area.
