I really enjoy the music and moves in the Zumba classes especially Jen and Caitlin's. It is only teninutes from my home. Too ront desk staff are very friendly too. Plenty of gym equipment for avid bodybuilders or novices alike. Price is competitive also for the services.
Variety of weight machines not seen at other gyms- clean- people are nice- open during covid- and personal training is excellent with decent pricing
Fairly clean gym, with mostly nice equipment. The showers, locker room and bathrooms are well kept. Also like the extra perks of the classes, massage bed and Juice It.
CLASSES ARE GREAT! THE LOCKER ROOM NEEDS A REMODEL AND THE SHOWERS NEED HOT WATER AND INCREASED WATER PRESSURE
This convenient and you got a lot of areas that I can use to work out with strength training and Cardio. One thing I can suggest is get another heavy bag.
