Everyone on the staff is friendly, even at 530 in the morning. Facilities are clean and I almost always see someone cleaning or organizing something. Also, there is never an issue with people re-racking their weights, unlike some gyms I’ve been a member of.

The staff are always willing and happy to help. Noticed also that the place and equipments are sanitized often. There are numerous activities, and class schedules that are convenient to everyone.

I feel the Novi gym offers everything necessary for my needs - the reason I did not use my membership was because I moved a distance away.
I plan on canceling my membership for this reason.
No one appears to be wiping down the treadmills after they use them. They get sweaty using them then they just walk away. Very disappointed.

We have a fabulous trainer- Ken. We like the variety of equipment and the classes offered.
Great people all around, employees and other members. Great environment and energy, the freedom to work out in almost any way possible. All of the opinions to relax after a workout in the hot tub, massage chairs or steam bath. Haven’t used the sun tanning bed however I look forward to it.
All equipment are in working condition. lot of them are new. Staff are nice friendly and helpful. Place is clean in all areas [swimming showers play courts machines area etc]. Plenty of safe parking space.
I really like Afsoon's yoga, pilates and power flex classes. I attend them at both the Novi and West Bloomfield locations. If it weren't for her classes, I would not be a Powerhouse member.
Although I love the classes at the Novi location, the yoga studio could use improvement. There is a window in the classroom that overlooks the pool area. When there are classes in the pool at the same time as classes in the yoga studio, it can be quite noisy. To add to that is the noise coming from the basketball court on the other side of the yoga classroom and the fitness room next door. Between the loud music next door in the fitness room and in the pol area, the instructor shouting at people in the pool, and the yelling coming from the basketball court, it's really hard to relax and get in yoga mode. I wish something could be done to better sound proof the room. I see improvements happening all of the time at the Novi location, but nothing to improve upon the yoga studio.

There are many services and classes to choose from. There are nutritionist to help me eat right, and the trainers and classes help me reach my fitness goal. It feels like a one-stop shop for wellness.
