I like the cleanliness of the gym and the 'women's only" section. The staff is friendly also.

What do you like about our services?

The staff is friendly. The trainer (Dennis) was really good. He set us up with a good workout and gave sound advice.
The gym is always clean. The other clients stick to their own workouts - there is no body shaming. People with different levels work out there. Everyone is respectful.

Great equipment, great hours, clean environment. Some of the trainers are weird and will follow you around and stare, but I guess you can’t have everything.
