Staff has been both helpful and understanding.
Facility is brand new so its hard to judge going forward. Right now its wonderful. The equipment is top tier, the space is wonderful, room to breathe, and the natural lighting helps elevate the mood.
Locker rooms are also very nice! I really enjoy the steam room.

So far my experience has been pretty great. I just wish there were more childcare hours, more bumper plates, and an area to set up a Crossfit-style workout with a bar, box, etc at once.
Staff are courteous and always willing to help. The facility and the equipments are clean and functional.
Plenty of equipment and options to chose from.
service is great just need better steam room, it does not come on very much nor get very hot.
Convenient location, great new equipment, childcare has fun activities, 24 hours during the week.
John is the man. Great customer service. The gym is super clean and actively getting cleaned everytime I'm there. Ive been lifting 22 years and this is the best gym ive been to.

Hi, I’m still learning on everything I can do at the gym . I can’t wait to get started in Zumba and pool exercises. All the staff is very friendly!

The staff over there is magnificent. Jeff and Frank go out of their way to assist everyone coming through the door. But this is the position everyone over there takes. You feel like you’re among your extended family.
I like the group fitness classes. However, since Covid the schedule hasn't recovered. I'm going to Lifetime more often than Powerhouse based on the schedule.

I love this gym! Clean, brightly lit, excellent equipment. One very minor improvement would be large clocks with a second hand!
