I have used ZeroRez twice now and had a good experience both times. The carpet always feels good after, softer, and I can see the difference. The techs are always very nice and helpful, and this 2nd time Logan was very honest and fair with me as far as what services would help and the best way to get the carpet clean without wasting money (or his time, although he didn't mention that himself). I also like that the process is cleaner than some of the options used by other companies. I fully plan to keep using ZeroRez, and have referred them to others as well.
