The technician Elijah did a great professional job. My carpet is older and he explained what he was doing and how effective it would be. It did take a bit longer for it to dry. I think the humidity played a part. I have already recommended your company to a friend.

I have usually done my own carpet cleaning but too much for me to do now. Because I am into natural products, I decided to go with Zerorez. Jeremy did a good job & happy that most of the old spots went away! It was done by 1PM but most wasn't dry 9 hrs. later before I went to bed. The temperature was 70 degrees inside & around the same outside.
