I like that they check the carpet before cleaning. Previously we had a different company do it and they didn’t check and I noticed it never smelt covert clean afterward. When Zerorez came and checked our old carpets they noticed there were large amount of dog stains that had gone completely through the carpet into the pad underneath (from previous dogs there). they were up front and honest saying they could clean the carpets but it probably wouldn’t smell great. We ended up getting all new carpets and recently moved out so had Zerorez come out to clean and they still checked and luckily no new stains and carpets got all cleaned! He also recommended to vacuum after it dries because there was still some dog hair (we had a yellow lab that shed A LOT). I enjoy their honesty. They are quick and effective. Would definitely recommend to others.

Our technician was a really nice guy and he spent time answering my questions. He did a great job cleaning my carpets stained with construction worker's boots covered in Oklahoma red dirt. They look like they did on the da y of install- brand new! I'm thrilled!

Omg! the sevice I recived from ZeroRez was awesome.I just bought a house here and the carpets needed some help.Called got a appointment very quickly,they came on a saturday on time like they said they would,ok a few min late ,but in there time frame.The men that came were awesome,Logan and John,showed the rooms I needed clean out of the three one needed more help,Logan told what could be done to try and help the situation ,so for the extra cost they used a solution for animals ,Then told told if in 5 days it still had a animal smell call them and they would retrurn,I asked what the charge would be.Shock... No charge,ZeroRez would come back for free and do it right.This is a awesome company.I've told my new neighbor about it ,because they asked me who the carpet co. was.Yes ZeroRez.Thank you I will be calling when needed.
