I like that they check the carpet before cleaning. Previously we had a different company do it and they didn’t check and I noticed it never smelt covert clean afterward. When Zerorez came and checked our old carpets they noticed there were large amount of dog stains that had gone completely through the carpet into the pad underneath (from previous dogs there). they were up front and honest saying they could clean the carpets but it probably wouldn’t smell great. We ended up getting all new carpets and recently moved out so had Zerorez come out to clean and they still checked and luckily no new stains and carpets got all cleaned! He also recommended to vacuum after it dries because there was still some dog hair (we had a yellow lab that shed A LOT). I enjoy their honesty. They are quick and effective. Would definitely recommend to others.

Our technician was a really nice guy and he spent time answering my questions. He did a great job cleaning my carpets stained with construction worker's boots covered in Oklahoma red dirt. They look like they did on the da y of install- brand new! I'm thrilled!

Our carpet was from the 90s and was sad..the house had the Grandma and Grandpa smell. I miss them.. it came out pretty clean considering it had never been clean..not perfect but I didn't expect that. They did a great job

Like the process and our service man Johnnie Espinosa was very profession and respectful in every way.

I am brand new to Oklahoma and had Zerorez out to clean and sanitize the Tile in our recently purchased Home. Eric, the owner was the one who did the cleaning. He was punctual, pleasant and did a good job on the Tile. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez!
