I love the integrity of this company. We had some issues with the cleaning of a shower and Zerorez felt they weren’t able to do the “best job” so they didn’t charge. How many companies out there do that…. none that I’m aware of unfortunately! I will always highly recommend Zerorez for the great services they provide and their awesome techs… especially Keith! Keith was such a pleasure to work with that we requested him again for this service. He had previously done our carpets on our move into our new home.

I had my air ducts cleaned one day, and carpets cleaned the next. Both technicians were very professional, courteous, and conscientious. Both were right on time. I feel that Zerorez delivers clean to your home so that you know it’s cleaner than before Zerorez got there. Had Keith for my carpets but while her was there we also had him clean our kitchen tile/grout. Bringing him back this Saturday to clean tile and shower in both bathrooms! Try them out… they’re good.

Sheldon was awesome, as usual (I’ve done this a few times now!). My furniture looks great. It was a difficult fabric to treat, and he advised me of all the potential complications. But it’s doing great following the cleaning and I’m happy it is micro sealed now!

We love zerorez!! They have been out 2 times to clean our carpets (we like having them cleaned about every 6 months!) and both times Logan has done a phenomenal job! He is very informative, makes sure we are getting the best bang for our buck with what we are wanting done, professional, and hard working.

Our carpet and couches with 6 kids and 4 dogs get lots of wear, but they seriously look so clean while smelling so fresh after zerorez comes!
