The response to my online request was extremely quick! No one else responded so quickly!! The service tech was extremely efficient, explained everything well and most importantly, the skunk smell is gone!!!

Had carpet cleaned with a pet stain treatment on a year old stain and it came out great. Carpet looked brand new and smelled clean. The service tech kept in great contact with status and arrival. Will definitely use Zerorez OKC again in future.

I love the quality of the cleaning. They do an amazing job. And work so hard. Wouldn’t use anyone else. And I like the fact that it sanitizes the carpets and I feel like they’re all nice and clean with the sterile water.

I was kept aware of a service date and time so that I did not have to stay home all day waiting for the tech to show up. Hayden was courteous and worked efficiently. I have used this company of two previous occasions and never been disappointed.

Quick, easy to book and when I asked them to come out and retreat a couple stains they came out the next day. Overall very pleased with the process.

We have lived in our home for over 17 years and have had our carpet cleaned numerous times by another independent carpet cleaner. Needless to say, you get what you pay for because the independent cleaner was less expensive, however, my carpets after Zerorez look like they are almost brand new!! I am totally amazed & extremely impressed!!
