We originally had our carpets cleaned and were disappointed. We had 4 large rooms cleaned and the men were in and out of our home in 30 minutes. The carpets had little change. The OKC office sent out Thomas to redo our carpets and he spent longer on one room than they did on the entire home. He did his best to get out stains. We were pleased with the results that he did.

I was super happy with the way the technicians kept me informed of timing! When they were running long on earlier jobs, they called to inform me that they wouldn't be getting here at the scheduled time. Then kept me informed as time got closer! That was great!
