I had a dog that had just about ruined my carpet but after Eric with Zerorez worked his "magic" on it, it's like brand new! There are no more stains, no more offensive odors and it feels so good and clean to walk in my bare feet on it again! It was a great experience all the way around!! Eric showed up on time and was a pleasure to visit with as he meticulously cleaned every square inch of my carpet. I was able to walk on the carpet immediately after he had finished cleaning and it dried very quickly.
