Everything! Thomas was timely and very knowledgable about getting my carpets and rugs clean! I was so happy with the results even on the pet stain areas. I am especially impressed with the fact that the clean comes from cool technology that limits use of soaps and chemicals. I have already told several people about Zerorez and I will continue to use them regularly as it feels so good to get your carpets clean!!

I have used Zerorez several times They provide the best results I have ever had from a carpet cleaning service. Carpet looks fresh and clean and does not quickly get dirty again. I assume this is because they don't leave a residue, but whatever it is, I can see the difference.

The service gentleman was here on time. He was professional and neat in appearance. He did a Fantastic Job! cleaning the carpet, working at a steady pace. He worked diligently to clean heavily soiled areas.
