They actually explained their process, options available, exactly what they were going to do as far as moving furniture, ability to get out certain spots, etc... They came 3 days after I had Sunbell clean my carpets and rugs but my carpets and rugs were still filthy so I called ZEROREZ and now I am happy!

I just moved into a new house with my two-year-old daughter. Since toddlers are constantly playing on the floor, I wanted to be sure that the floors were as clean and healthy as possible for her. The previous owners had pets, so the ZeroRez tech took the time to look at every inch of the carpet with his blacklight to find any spots that weren't visible to the eye. He explained how the pet treatment worked and helped me understand the options so I could decide what was best for my family. He really went above and beyond to make sure we would feel comfortable in our new home. So thankful for a kind, patient tech and a top notch service! Really great value for the money!
