The office had one rug that was very badly stained from the soles of one of the associates. The gentlemen were very willing to go over the rug multiple times in order to get the carpet as clean as possible. They did a great job and we were pleased with the results.

I can report that the service was complete as advertized.They did my hardwood floors,tiles,and carpeting in all the bedrooms. They also did a couple of throw rugs(one a .Turkish rug) .I was pleased with quality of the work on all three surfaces.
