Many older stains were removed and the dry time was only a few hours. The service tech was very professional.
The guy who did the cleaning was great. However, we did not like the bait and switch. We told all of our issues when we called Zerores and were given a price. On the day of the cleaning we were told it was $40-60 additional to do what we already said was needed.

My serviceman, James, was very friendly and did an excellent job. He explained exactly what he was doing and why, The carpets looked great and I know there was lost of icky stuff in the air vents and I feel cleaner in that regard also.
