I want to say Thank you to Eric and Aaron and all the Zerorez staff for such a wonderful experience! Eric cleaned my carpets and made them shine! They look like the day I put them in. I was very suprised to see what they did. They took Oklahoma dirt, that had been ground in for 18 yrs. and ground in food stains and spills from, cat's, kids, friends and family. My husband told me that I could have new carpets. Ha! Eric and the Folks at Zerorez saved my husband from new carpet. My carpet is beautiful! Clean! and smells clean... maybe I should say it doesn't smell. No chemical smell at all. It is so soft and bright and beautiful! I had been very worried about my cat getting sick from the chemicals. Zerorez doesn't use harmful chemicals. And I have beautiful hardwood floors under my carpets. I was very scared that the heat and chemicals would warp and ruin my pads and floors. It didn't. It didn't go past the carpet. But it got my carpet clean and sweet smelling. My cat loves rolling on the floor and playing. Thank you for everything. Eric and the team bent over backwards to make me happy! They did what they said they would and then some. I am so proud of my carpets! Thank you! Now when family comes. The kids can play on the floors and so can the grown-ups!
