The young man who came to clean my carpet was respectful, friendly, competent, and highly efficient. He got the two stains out that I mentioned and got the job done quickly. He arrived on time after giving me a notification call. My house looks and smells quite nice thanks to his good work.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like how clean my carpets got and felt clean. I like how Jose went above and beyond to check on allergens for my daughter who is allergic to citrus products, and How he helped me choose the right product for my carpets.

I intended to select the Fully Satisfied option. The Tech that came, Eric, was very good. He was polite, took his time to ensure he knew what my expectations were, and exceeded them. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone! In addition, I would be sure to request Eric for all following service requests.

I’m a repeat customer of Zerorez. I first heard about Zerorez on the radio and since I was never was completely happy with the results of other services that came out to clean my carpets I thought I’ll Zerorez a try. Im so happy I did. With a large dog, living out in the country and a husband who does not seem to understand the function of a door mat it’s hard to keep the carpet clean. I Love the results I get with Zerorez!! Without the residue of soap competitors use my carpets stay cleaner longer. I would highly recommend Zerorez. AND the reps who come out to clean my carpets have always been professional, are outstanding ! 20 Stars out of 10.!!!

The technician was very friendly. He explained all of the services & his recommendations. I have 4 dogs so was able to recommend a treatment plan I would be happy with. He didn’t try to sell me anything & there was no pressure. He cleaned one room then let me check to see if I was happy before he proceeded with the rest of the house. He was thorough but respected my time. I will definitely use them again & hopefully get the same technician.
