John, who cleaned our carpet did a great job. He was informative about the process and gave me a bid on tile and grout for a later date. There were no stains that didn’t come out and no smells afterward. The carpet was soft to the touch and dried faster than I expected. He did suggest and I agreed to turn the AC lower and switched the fan from auto to on.
Today I couldn’t be happier with the results.
A few years ago a competitor cleaned one of the bedrooms and John mentioned there were a lot of suds that almost clogged his hose as he cleaned that room. And, let me just add that competitor advertises “no residue.” I did not call that company again because the guys who showed up to clean the carpet high pressured me to but more treatments.
My concern with all professional carpet cleaning is the residue and I’ve never been happy with any service as they all did leave residue. Any residue does cause just normal foot traffic having your carpet looking dirty again within a short amount of time. With that in mind I’ll be updating my review later to let anyone know who is interested whether I felt my carpet did in fact have residue and did it start looking dirty too quickly.
At this point ... I have not one complaint! John who cleaned my carpet was professional, friendly and did an excellent job. Looking forward to having Zerorez out again to do tile and grout.
I have had Zerorez clean my carpet and grout for the past 3 years. They are the only ones I would trust to get out the pet stains and just the everyday dirt the vacuum doesn’t get. Erik works so hard to make my carpet and grout look brand new again! He is always so great to work with, and the prices are so reasonable and worth every penny. I highly recommend Zerorez!

I've used Zerorez once before and liked the service. This time was no different..Rep was knowledgable about the product and helpful with me in suggesting movement of some furniture to clean underneath. He was done on time and was very through.
They stand behind their work. A tech came out and cleaned my tile, unfortunately if did not turn out as expected. However one simple phone call and the cams the very next day and redid the floor and it looks great! Great customer service!
I like that the product dries in a short period of time. I like that with the pet treatment, I don’t smell any residual pet odor from accidents.
