The simple idea that hot water cleans better than a bunch of stuff that leaves residue and attracts dirt. My carpets in our last house looked amazing when you were done!

We have been impressed with Zerorez each time they have come to our home. This visit we were shown, by using black light, where some problem areas are relating to pet stains, etc. We were amazed at what has been happening in our home. Again, this visit from Zerorez did not disappoint.

Our technician was about an hour late for our cleaning, however he was prompt to call beforehand and let us know he would be late. The check in was much appreciated. When he got to our home, he was very professional and did a good and quick job. My floors feel and look great! Thank you.
