The carpet looks good, and the communication was good as well. There were some spots in the carpet that weren't able to come out, but overall a very nice job.

John was very polite and very informative. I enjoyed talking to him. He had a lot of great stories as well. Overall it was a great experience plus our beds are way cleaner and i could immediately tell a difference when he cleaned it
