Bikram yoga is the same everywhere, but the staff is top notch.

Consistent classes and reliable heat.
I like that the class is a real Bikram class. 26 poses. 90 minutes. Over 100 degrees. There are a lot of hot yoga classes that are kind of fax Bikram. I like that this is traditional. I also think your teachers are great. I've never had one that I didn't think was very good.
The instruction was clear and patient. The facilities were spotless. The work section was challenging.

The instructor knew this was my first ever Bikram class and she made me feel so comfortable. She talked to me and directed me but not too obviously so I did not feel as if I was being called out in class. I sincerely enjoyed every minute of it and will be back ASAP!

It was open to beginners and when people were struggling with the heat the instructor did a great job of reminding us that its just yoga. It made me feel comfortable as a newcomer and want to come back.
Location, staff, facilities
Staff was friendly and informative upon arrival. Very encouraging for my first day. I felt well instructed on when to attmept and when to watch.

I just finished my first class and was concerned I would not know what to do. Not only was the instructor great but I truly appreciated that the staff took time to show me everything I needed and gave me direction on where to put my mat, etc. You make us first timers feel at ease

I was completely new to Bikram and this was a very warm and welcoming environment. I typically do a lot of weight training so this is way out of my comfort zone but a great addition to my normal routine in order to help with flexibility, stress and muscles that I do not typically work. I was referred by a friend and have already referred another!
Instructors are friendly and get to know your name.
Amenities: keyed lockers, bags to store your wet items, a roomy sign in and waiting area, water dispenser and selection of other liquids.
The studio is much nicer than the Milwaukee Ave. studios. Amenities are much better for the patrons.
