This was my first time doing yoga, ever, and I couldn't be happier! All of the teachers have been so accommodating and encouraging in class. I love how each teacher has somewhat of a different style but that's what makes each class so great. Each class makes me love yoga more and more and it is safe to same I am addicted to it! Every person that works here has been so nice and genuine, I will definitely be coming here for a long time!

I had never been to a bikram class before I went to 105F and I really enjoyed it. The studio was clean, the facilities were nice, and the staff and students friendly and welcoming.
