Welcoming and attentive
Since starting a somewhat regular practice in June, I've lost 25 lbs and reduced my stress levels. When I make time to go, I know for at least and hour or an hour and a half, I am the priority. I get something new from every teacher/class. The instruction is always helpful, not intimidating.

The atmosphere was great, the yoga instructor so nice and to the point, I was thankful that when I came right at 4:30 PM she still let me in and had the class with her.
Spacious practice room. Great surface to practice on. Awesome teacher who was instructive, inspired and supportive. I was at the the 12 noon, 1 hour class, Monday Dec 7th.

Friendly, approachable staff, very well organized and clean. I also like that none of the instructors diverge from the original sequences. I'm aware that the studio is no longer apart of the "official" Bikram franchise, but I'd like to add that one of the things I enjoy about 105f is the adherence to the original format. I can appreciate some of the alternate class offers, but I'd also say stay focused and don't try to do too much. As one of the reasons I think 105f has such devoted students is because it doesn't attempt to do everything- like other studios. Nidra and Yin yoga are great but don't lose your way! We've mainly come for the original 26+2! You guys are awesome, keep it up!
