I like the layout of the room-sometimes I wish the room was a bit hotter at this location. I feel like it can be hit or miss depending on the instructor.I either leave satisfied drenched in sweat or too dry.
Friendly staff, clean facilities. Thank you for starting the 7:30 p.m. Smart60 classes during the week since my work schedule makes it difficult at times to make any of the earlier sessions. I hope they continue

The instructor Becca was very welcoming and friendly- during class her instructions were clear and repetitive. She asked all of the new students our names and used our names throughout class to motivate and give pointers. The staff at the front was very friendly and answered my questions about using my Groupon. I loved the yoga room! It was spacious and comfortable. The location in Wicker Park is ideal- afterwards, my friend and I had a lovely vegan lunch at one of the local restaurants! We will definitely be back soon!
I like that everyone was very helpful and the class was easy to follow as I am a beginner... I will definitely be back!!!
Welcoming And Friendly
The location is convenient {not a fan of the parking situation}, showers are clean, yoga room is mostly clean at times between sessions. I really like the studio because the studio is clean.

I enjoyed the instructor, Gianna, and how she made me feel like my first visit was a success. She also didn't pay overmuch attn to me, so I didn't feel like I stuck out like a sore thumb.

The teachers really care about giving a good class. Great caring tone and constant verbal feedback to the class so that each pose can be performed correctly. This allows each person to push as far as they can that day. I feel very welcomed by everyone there and am continually impressed at how many names you guys remember. It feels very welcoming when I come. I love the chalk art that you guys do. It feels very homey.
If I were to give one bit of constructive feedback, it is that the bathroom floors aren't generally all that clean. I know it is tough to keep a place like that shining. And you do a great job inside the hot room. But people are walking barefoot between those two locations (especially now that the shoe rack is at the front door) transferring whatever is on the bathroom floor into the hot room floor.

I love the Smart 60 class, it's so convenient. It fits my schedule without sacrificing the practice. I only wish there was a 6 pm time slot at the Lincoln Park studio!

I like how friendly and open the teachers are / the feel in the studio in general. Pretty much without exception, staff greets people with a smile and is willing to help with whatever we need. I like that when I haven't used all my classes in the allotted amount of time I can "refresh" them. I like the fact that the floors are wood (I know some people who do hot yoga in carpeted studios....eww!) I like that there are classes happening all day every day. I like the fact that the door is locked while we're in class. Seriously -- you seem to have covered everything. Kudos!
