Fast, Friendly and very professional with a great cut and shave.
The customer service is absolutely wonderful. Sheena is a wonderful . When I walked in I didn’t even have to wait five minutes Sheena cut my hair so I make sure I go in when she’s working.
It took me a long time to find a decent hairdresser here in West Kelowna but Sheena has sold that issue with me. I love going there.
It was my kids first time and he enjoyed it and so did I.

The staff was exceptional , as a walkin i expected to be told id have to make an appointment for later in the day . Not the case I was told to go and have a seat and relax there was 4 different Televisions to watch with a verity of topics to choose from , I was also offered several types of refreshments if desired as well . I didnt even get the chance to warm my seat up and they called my name i'd overheard one of staff at the front desk mentioned they'd just started their break took me to her station and proceeded to provide the "BEST " hair cut id ever experienced at 57 years old !!!! I 'll never go anywhere else and you can take that to the bank ...... thanks again who ever that young woman was ....
