Excellent service
I received a very good haircut , so many times small details are missed such as side burns not trimmed nicely and even . Might sound trivial but I can’t stand uneven and hair sticking out due to a poor cut.

Chloe was very thorough and professional. Wasn’t in a rush to get to another client, which usually happens at other places and not good when working with a straight razor. I was actually disappointed that it was over, excellent job.

Well, it was a two sided coin, I have been going to Tommy guns for awhile, I love the service, Barbers are fantastic...most of the time, I checked in before arriving approx 25min before, received the text that I was next so made my way there. The customer service rep at the till was extremely friendly and welcoming, notified a barber of my arrival, the barber was female, older and I don't remember her name, she was cold not welcoming and didnt seem to want to be there, told exactly what I wanted "shaved 0 to 1 fade, for the sides and back, blend from upper to side part line, comb over blend to the opposite side, and maybe an inch off the top" you could tell she was experienced, and I did ask how long she had been doing hair, she said for 14 years then took a 25 year break to raise a family, commendable for sure, but I don't know if she knew what a fade was but what she did was not it. I come for the experience and the customer service, the wash after the cut was short, cold and not rememberable, I then insisted on getting a facial or a shave, and to my utter surprise she said no we don't have time. I was quite taken back, I finished the cut and made my way back to the till, we're the csr asked about the cut I explained everything above and she was furious and deeply apologetic, I would still highly recommend tommy guns because she took a bad situation and corrected it,
Right when we walked in, we were greeted by the Girl at the front desk. She was super kind and very enthusiastic and spoke very highly of the stylist there.
The new renovations are really great. My son had a lovely time watching something on the screen.

This was my first time going to a proper barbershop so having all of the services such as the scalp massage and the hot towel was such a nice experience! This is definitely gonna be my regular place for haircuts going forward. The price is extremely reasonable for everything that you get and it was just such a treat to relax with a haircut like that after a long day at work!
