Liked the hairstylist who cut my hair
The app is very convenient and the barber gave my son a nice haircut.
I found the staff to be very friendly and polite. The shop was clean and tidy. Those are qualities that you don’t see every day. I would recommend it to everybody. I am not from Nanaimo but if I do return, I will come back.

Always have a great experience at Tommy Guns and with Sara. Perfect hair cut every time.
Service is great! The screen displays a wait time and then when you get in the chair staff are friendly and good at what they do. The extra service like the neck and scalp massage just round out the experience.
