Making a n appointment was easy. The Barbers there are the best at the Guilford location. I’ve been to other locations, not so good. The staff are friendly and hard working. I live in Langley and I don’t mind driving to guildford to get my son haircut.
It was a great experience, especially since it was the first time using the service for a toddler.

I had a hair cut yesterday and when I got home I just wasn’t feeling good about it. I came back in today and they fixed it up right away. It’s nice to see they stand behind there work. And I’m happy about how they fixed it and will continue to come back.

Great haircut for a reasonable price. Phenia was very attentive to my needs. She offered me a water when I had a cough and scratchy throat. She takes extra time to make sure the cut is just right. Very good scalp and neck massage and shave.

I always get great support at my local Tommy Gun's. Yesterday was no exception. I came in as a walk-in, and was told there would be a half hour wait, but the team was able to get me in sooner, and I was well cared for and had a great cut. Team asked if I wanted anything to drink as always, and it was an overall great experience.

The barber who did my hair was lovely, very kind and listened well to what I wanted. I came in looking for a barber to shave my side shave because all of the stylists I have gone to have screwed it up. She did an amazing job doing the shave and then asked if I needed a full trim. I didn’t expect a full haircut being a woman walking into a barbershop but she did an incredible job. I told her about my last experience at an expensive salon where I did not get what I asked for. So she gave me exactly what I had asked of the other salon for a fraction of the price. I’m getting tons of compliments and it was exactly what I wanted. Didn’t dream I’d find someone who finally gets my hair at a barbershop!
