The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The welcoming atmosphere, the offer of a drink upon arrival, and the minimal wait time immediately made me feel comfortable.
I had the pleasure of being looked after by Youssef (sorry if the spelling isn’t correct), who understood my needs and did an outstanding job. He struck the perfect balance between engaging conversation and sharing the steps for feedback, while also offering helpful advice. He was attentive, meticulous and maintained a clean, tidy and professional workspace throughout.
The overall service, including all hair wash, styling and final towel, was incredibly enjoyable. I also appreciated that he took the time to explain the products he used at the end. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

My son had a hard time and she was just awesome, she got the hair cut done and tried hard to calm him but she pushed through and got it done and it looked amazing even with him not cooperating. I was so impressed with how everything went even with him having a hard time.
All is good but the hot shave is a little over priced. The staff is excellent and very friendly which keeps me coming back
