The stylist was great.
Fast. Wash and massage was great. Hot towel was nice finish
I was treated respectfully and with a smile. The person cutting my hair was pleasant and obviously knew what he was doing. He did a great job.

Alma was fantastic. She was very precise and meticulous and took her time to make sure my hair cut was great. Her detail was on point and she took her time. It was a great experience for me. I’ll be back and wait for Alma to cut my hair next time!

Had trouble logging in to get my barber, so I called in my barber (Papa Ali) was working reception to cover off holidays and technically was supposed to be off. He was kind enough to do my beard grooming, he worked the phones, processed other clients payments and bookings all while providing excellent service to me.
I believe he should be praised for his dedication to clients and Tommy gunns business, this is the kind of service that creates a loyal customer base and my hope is that he and his team are recognized for this.
Appointment was on-time and the cut was excellent as usual.
