What did you like about your experience?

First time customer here for a beard trim and shaping. Had a great experience from start to finish, everyone was super friendly and my beard came out exactly as I wanted it without having to put in too much input. Definitly will return to this brand when I’m out of town from my normal barber. Excellent experience.

Always a fan of the shampoo and hot towel treatment!
One addition I would love would be to let me see my history so I can answer a barber's name from last time. 6 to 8 weeks is long for me to remember.
