I felt like the barber/stylist knew very well what she was doing, she seemed quite competent and easy to trust. I liked the decoration and casual vibe, I think that contributed to feeling more relaxed. The hot towel adds a feeling of luxury, I really enjoyed that.
The Barber was very attentive, good-natured, up-beat and caring. The experience was therapeutic because I was under a lot of stress that day, especially the head massage. She had a good sense of humor which I appreciated. I'd like to recognize her for her commitment to exceptionalism. The experience was very relaxing, and the haircut was one of the best I ever had. I will return as a customer! Thanks again!
