I had such a great experience yesterday with Blue - I know he just recently joined Tommy Guns from a different shop, so hopefully you share this feedback with him. The conversation was great, the atmosphere at the shop was good, and the haircut was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and glad I did the walk in. I don’t typically leave written feedback but this guy deserves a huge shout out - I came in a few months since my last cut and beard trim, and he took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Blue is a skilled barber technically and also with the people skills side of things, I’ll be back in his chair again for sure. Thanks!

Belle has been cutting my hair now for 2-3 years. She cuts it perfectly every time and it’s why I keep coming back. Even after moving to Chilliwack I still drive to Abbotsford for her to cut my hair. She’s always super friendly and I’m always surprised when she brings up past conversations we’ve had.

Friendly, fast service. Great beard trim and neck clean-up, done quickly but not rushed. Great talent, average price.

I had precooked with a barber I like. I ended up having that Barber and she did a great job. However, the receptionist messed up my appointment. I got there with a 4 minute wait window. After I waited for about 5 minutes, I noticed that my time went up from 4 to 27 minutes and the receptionist had sent someone else to the barber I had booked with (who finished with the previous person AFTER I arrived). I complained and then she said that the “system”
Mishandled my appointment. She went and asked the guy she had assigned to my barber to switch to a different barber so I can get in. And I did . The problem was that receptionist neglected to check if I had booked with a specific barber before she assigned me and the other customer. Frustrating.

The last hair cut at thunderbird left my son in tears. It was awful. So we grew it out and then went looking for Lester. He works in South Surrey now and knew exactly how to fix my son’s hair.

What a difference having a skilled barber is on how to do a teen cut makes for a kids confidence.

I was so upset when we left thunderbird based on the Barber’s lack of listening to our instructions on a phase and he put it down to a zero when we asked for a one. And went too high. And buzz cut it perfectly long hair that was part of the top.

Thank goodness, you have someone like Lester on your team that can listen and understand and knows my child’s hair. He took such great care of him.
