It was a relaxed atmosphere, the female barber named July welcomed me with a smile, and seemed interested in giving me a great experience. The hair cut was very relaxing, and then to end the cut with head and neck message was awesome. Then offered me a drink before I left. I was so amazed with the experience

Last 3 times Ive been at tommy gunns (not unicity location) it was the worst 3 haircuts ive ever had. Lady i had at unicity (forgot her name)...perfection. Really have zero complaints about her skills. Very happy with the cut.
And the cold drink on the way out....awesome.
One of the best hair cuts I have ever had
It’s a great “men’s” spa like haircut. A bit of pampering, nice products, attention to detail, lots of hot towels. It’s a nice experience and reasonably priced compared to even just a regular no perks haircut. Had the Tommy Shelby package—it’s great.
Overall experience was good. Barbers were nice and courteous. Clean and good hygiene.
However, the guy on the front counter was a bit rude to kids .
Overall experience 4 star as per my son. One star minus only because of front desk guy

The girl doing my son’s hair was very friendly and did a great job. The staff at the front were nice too and offered my daughter a pop while I was back with my son. All in all it was great!

Great service, great haircut, will be back - however the glitches with the wait time estimates need to be fixed. No fault of the person at the desk, but told to come at 230 when I called at 145, then not getting in until 3:10.
40 minute wait with a 4 year old is not easy

The barber was fantastic. She treated my child just like any other customer. Talked to him normally and went above and beyond his and my expectations. She was incredible!
My barber Narissa has been so great. I’ve asked to see her several times. She’s the only one over the years that can cut my hair properly. It grows back great all the time.
She is professional and kind. I pray she stays at this location.
