Attention to detail was the best I’ve ever had. I love the head massage. Washed my hair first. Massaged into scalp. Felt good.
Haircut was good, did everything I asked. Put extra time into everything. And my favourite thing is making sure I wasn’t itchy after by removing hat clipping from around neck many times. Even rinsed my hair after to remove more clipping. Used hair dryer to remove clippings from my shoes.
I’ll drive an hour to have my hat done at Tommy’s over having it done 20 minutes away.

Wonderfully kind hair dresser who was knowledgable and great with kids.
You should invest some of your money in seating for your customers instead of making them stand for 30 + minutes.
That’s the first time in my life I had to stand when waiting for a hair cut.
Maybe use some of your display area for seating instead of instead of shampoo’s.
Ruth cut my son’s hair and he’s never looked better! Super clean cut with shape that really suits him… we’ll most definitely come back!
