I brought my grandson there yesterday and the man who did his hair was great. He communicated with him about what he wanted and I like that. It was a great haircut and style he got. He is 12 years old and I have been bringing him to the Tommy Guns on Portage Ave since he was 5 years old.
My Son loves going to K at Tommy Guns. They always listen to what kind of haircut he wants, and accommodate accordingly. The reception is always warm& friendly, and they have a fridge with a free drink for your mini. The atmosphere is cute and just over-all a good experience. I’m the kind of person that actually does not like malls at all& will avoid them at any cost. But since Tommy Guns is right by the food court at Hillside, we can park, be there in 2 minutes, & grab lunch or dinner on our way out. We’ve only ever had K cut my Son’s hair, but all the hairstylists seem great. Would highly recommend Tommy Guns. 🙂💈💇
Friendly staff, I took my two year old grandson for a haircut , the gentleman that cut his hair was excellent!! I was very impressed !! The lady that cut my hair was excellent also.
Im sorry I can't remember her name but she was very beautiful, very helpful as it was my first beard trimming! Hot towels, scalp massage, conversation and even some laughs! Excellent job, excellent experience and will definitely be back!

Head massage was unbelievable .
Johnny is think the name of the barber did a great job on cutting my kid’s hair. My kid is a little hard to have a haircut cause he doesn’t want the hair coming inside his shirt. But johnny did a great job handling my kid and also i like the after haircut that he did to my kid. I will definitely come back for my kids haircut here. They also have a free stink for the customer.
I always have enjoyed the experience at Tommy Guns to now I bring my sons with me and make it a part of our time together. The atmosphere is enjoyable and my stylist is always welcoming.
I would recommend Tommy Guns and I do to all my friends.
Sheila was gentle and quick, she cut my hair exactly as it wanted it and it wa the first time I’d been to her. She was very welcoming and offered refreshments and other amenities.

We dropped in without an appointment and everyone was so friendly and had my kiddos in the chairs in no time. The barbers were so kind to them and asked them what they wanted and made sure they liked the cut along the way. My kids were so excited to pick a drink afterwards, this is a really nice offering to have. I was super happy with the price of the cut and we all loved the final results! Kudos to the staff at the sage creek location, we will absolutely be back again!

The front staff was kind and upbeat, appreciated the update on how long it might be. Ron came over and greeted us, saw the picture of what my son was hoping for and discussed it with my son (8 years old) and myself to confirm it is what he wanted. Got him comfortable in the chair and explained everything as he was going along. He is not only a fantastic, skilled barber but also very skilled communicating with kids. Thanks Ron!!
